In 1997, when residential real estate marketing was still reliant on two-line newspaper classifieds and weeks-old grocery checkout photo booklets, Maureen secured a meeting with the Rhode Island State-Wide Multiple Listing Service (RI State MLS). She pitched a live, searchable database-driven website with property photos and listing details, won the deal, registered RILiving.com in June 1997, and launched the statewide platform in January 1998—sparking a statewide wave of realtors commissioning custom websites. Moving into commercial web hosting, Maureen served in senior leadership managing an international reseller and affiliate channel of tens of thousands of partners—consistently exceeding monthly growth targets. While Gene architects systems, Maureen ensures they survive contact with reality. Her operational and financial discipline guided the team through regional data center operations, the 2007 launch of GreenTree Hosting, and three national economic cycles with zero debt and 99.982% uptime.
