1. Our Position
GreenTree Hosting, LLC does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and has not done so in the preceding 12 months or at any time since our founders entered business in 1998. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. Because we do not sell or share, every visitor is opted out by default.
2. What We Collect and Why (Notice at Collection)
We collect contact and inquiry details, account and billing details for customers, technical and security data, and first-party analytics, used only for the purposes in our Privacy Policy. None of these categories is sold or shared.
3. Opt-Out Preference Signals
We treat the Global Privacy Control (Sec-GPC: 1) and Do Not Track signals as a valid opt-out. When detected, our analytics script does not run during your visit.
4. Submitting a Request
To confirm, access, correct, export, or delete records associated with your email address or domain, email privacy@greentreehosting.com or use our Contact page. We verify identity, respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days with notice), and never charge for a reasonable request. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization.
5. Appeals and Non-Discrimination
If we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our response; we will answer in writing with the result and, where required, how to contact your state attorney general. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
